Please find below the Terms and Conditions set out by the Company, ksavisa.com.sa, which are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will only be considered if they are provided in writing by one of our travel consultants on an official signed and stamped Company letterhead. The Company will process an application based on the client's requirements and requests and will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided. The Company will make all efforts to obtain the correct visa within the specified period of time. However, the Company will not be responsible for the following occurrences at the embassy: Refusal to issue the visa, refusal to accept the application, issuance of incorrect visa, or delay in processing the visa. Should the Company have caused any of the above through error or omission, then the Company's liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement visa or refund of all fees paid to the Company. The Company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to: lost profits/income or lost travel expenses.
REFUND POLICY:
Once the application has been submitted to the Saudi authorities, we will process your application within 24 hours or fully refund your payment. If your application is rejected by the Saudi authorities, we are unable to provide a refund, and you will need to apply through the appropriate embassy for a different visa type, which may involve additional charges. You are responsible for providing the correct information to us as required to obtain your visa. We use the information you provide online to process your application as quickly as possible. If you fail to provide the correct information as requested, no refund will be possible. If you wish to apply directly through the official government portal, waiving our submitting, checking, and guarantee service fee, you can do so at ksavisa.com.sa.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS:
Once you have submitted your application with us online or over the phone, you have agreed that we may immediately begin processing your application and providing our services. As a result, you will not have any right to cancel under applicable consumer protection regulations. This is because, under such regulations, you lose your right to cancel if you agree that we can start providing the services within the cancellation period. This website, ksavisa.com.sa, is owned and operated by ksavisa.com.sa. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Use, please do not access or use this site.
LIMITS ON USE
